Re: Project 2.
Just a thought bubble but has anyone reversed the batter box / tray to the drivers side ? I know it would be a fiddle but a cool way to keep everything up the front, combat voltage drop and still look like GMH did it. Would be cramped for a booster though I realise and perhaps too much sheet metal w...

Re: Brochure thoughts on value
Your brochure is original. The knock off guy does a good job if you only want a reference brochure but the one you have is definitely the real deal. It shows normal edge 'wear' and handling marks but most importantly the staples are round wire and greyed by years of exposure. I'm yet to find if the ...

Yes Please
I think the amount of stretching may be a challenge to remove as all the beads are well bent as well
I saw the Childers ute but not sure how you would go about getting the cut sent to Sydney?

Given the amount of rust v car that was present at the beginning I believe we are having the pleasure of watching Mandrake the Magician at work on this build !!!

Re: Anyone wrecking a ute?
I'm after that same section. My FB's one has had the crap belted out of it by heavy things like oxy cylinders bashing the daylights out of it so if two become available I'm happy to go seconds  The plan is to make a lower section from the upper. OK. I am lucky with the bottom but the top sec...

Re: FB Standard Wagon
Re FIREWALL KIT. I saw that after buying a kit from them before and wanting another one. The 'price' is to keep the listing going while they wait for boards to come from the USA suppliers. Normal price was $90 plus post and I was very happy with mine, and shipped very safely too. Kick panels are als...

The old EK is looking great Harv, and great to see it doing a bit of 'ute work'!
It couldn't have gone to a more disserving owner

Re: Kleinig headers
I have a set of the headers, a bunch of covers and manifolds in different combinations. Something about all our homegrown industries and tradesmen with skills nearly lost.
It's good that Daniel is wanting to keep the old stuff going.
Does he have all the patterns, and is he selling the filters?

I'm 'in love' with Citric Acid!
I used to use stinky molasses but CA is way better, and no bad odour near the back door.
I have a 200L bucket permanently filled and there is always something hanging in the acid bath
