Might help if they were bolted down, looks to be a gap on one side

The marine manifold would lean to the other side.

Finally fished the cargo strips in the ute
Gave her a quick polish and some Mothers on the chrome (dam that stuff is good)
A grey with NOS what was I thinking??

Picked up a warm grey for the ute today from Bob at Serpentine.
Has a cam and has been balanced. Twin Stromberg's with Holley fuel pump and regulator.
Perry Headers & shiny bits. came up OK with a clean. Head looks like its been ported & polished (not sure about any valve work)
Nice set of deep dished rims also.
Will paint & install next break to see how she goes.

Gave the grey a bit of a tidy up before the install,
Nice solid timing geras, had the carbies rebuilt also, a quick shave on the fly wheel and in she goes.
Spare timing cover off the the platers, anyone have suggestion for a gromet for the rocker cover?
