I live on a hill on the gold coast but the cars been at the mechanics and parked outside when they needed room in the workshop, with every sill in the doors completely perished should be interesting to see how she faired!! :shock:

I kind of need to do this too but have been avoiding it as it seems like a major pain in the ass! My wagon has tailgate with alot of surface rust but it seems ok. But I have a perfect spare one that I have been thinking about painting and swapping in. How hard is it to swap out the locking mechanism...

cheers Jason, yeah you can't let it all get you down. Lucky for me I scored a decent job in Melbourne so its time for me and the old girl to have some serious bonding time! Hopefully a gearbox won't be necessary but then again.... :? Can see i'm going to have to sacrifice board space for parts!! :lol:

bit off topic, but does anyone know what the seatbelt laws are in qld and nsw? particularly relating to an FB? My wagon has no seatbelts but I'm wondering if I have to have them for every seat?
