Just a flashback to the hinge fills - I'll probably weld in a small plate on the side of one and a holder on the frame to trip a boot sensor switch...... what I have at present is not the finished article - but it works.....

I've been playing around with the boot today..........

Image

The spare will be kept under the false floor (as you can probably tell by the circle)
Battery behind the back wall to the left and some other little hide-away holes on the sides.
All ready to play again tomorrow

Still think it won't be noticed - Wayne.....?

Looks great - loose a bit of space - but looks will be killer - I might suggest to make absolutely sure that whatever if left hidden gets well and truly sealed should anything get in from underneath......

Some more in the boot.....

Cut the holes out for the tyre and another storage hole.........
Image

Fibreglassed this part.........
Image

Jigsawed this little baby out.........
Image

Stuck it on the cut-out bit from above the tyre.........
Image

A couple of other bits and pieces, now all together.........

Should come up OK I think 8)
I'm undecided though of how to finish it off.
Should i paint the two lids and maybe the floor, or press vinyl into the shape and do the boot all the same :?:

One of the best ek boot installs I have seen. Great work mate!

I think you should replace the 61 with a big sub woofer though

AustMod That's what I'm saving the two sections either side of the 61 for
The battery will go in the centre now for that reason.
It won't take much to change those two sections to suit later.
