Give 'em a call and tell 'em what info you have re open/close specs, they may have enough info there to give you the rest of the specs unless it is a one off customer spec grind on the cam.

The 30/70 numbers are a referance to the timing of the inlet valve opening & closing position in degrees*.
ie; Inlet valve starts to open at 30*, finished closing at 70*
Standard cam has timing of about,
Inlet 9*-52*
Exhaust 48*-12*
30/70 cam would be something like,
Inlet 30*-70*
Exhaust 70*-30*
cool, how is it to drive? it looks hot, and i love the grandpa "sleeper" look.
mines got a 186 and aussie 4 speed so i'm hoping it'll be pretty quick.
i just hope i don't drag the chassis out from under the caravan

It go's well (for a grey)
I had it dyno'd and had the distibutor recurved so it behaves beautifully.
It has a lumpy idle, doesn't splutter or stumble at low speeds,
revs up quick and screams when I stand on it.
Its probably only as quick as mild 186 though,
but it looks and sounds cool
very , i do like the look of the greys, but my dad knws reds so i went with where the knowledge was. thanks heaps for the help, can't wait to be able to meet you all.

my mate has the crow cam in his engine, its not to bad but it comes on a bit later than i would choose for a street motor, i recommended he choose the next one down but he reckons bigger is always better
