That screen is one I chopped, I was a couple of inches off finishing and it cracked.
I'll use it as a template to get another one done.

It was one of Mez's, it was too big by about 1/2 inch so I used a flapper sanding disc and ground it down.
If it's a full size screen I will cut it first then finish with the flapper.

is the morry split screen or one piece, i have an unbelievable story i know a guy that cut some front screens for a '51 chev old second hand glass but laminated with a 1 mill blade on a 4" grinder :shock: :shock: if you have some laminated glass may be worth a try
