Re: slave cylinders/wheel cylinders
Probably not much help to you Mick as I only had to buy rears just before the Nats and they were HR, cost $44 for the pair.
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.

Re: slave cylinders/wheel cylinders
Mick, I wouldn't bother buying new wheel cylinders. Just get your old ones sleeved.Mick wrote:thanks, yeah that's what's p!ssing me off a pair of EH/HR type $30 -$40 pair yet FB/EK type which are basically the same thing just a bit different in design are $150 odd a pair

Cost to do mine were:
$49.50 ea for 1" cylinders
$55.00 ea for 1 3/16" cylinders
New cups $13.20 all up
Cost to remove old sleeve if fitted $22.00 each
All up still cheaper than new cast cylinders that will corrode out. I also went a bit further and had bronze pistons made up which cost me a fair bit more and I'll be running Silicon brake fluid.
