I reckon the standard FB/EK fuel lines are probably going to starve a V8 - undersized, often full of crap and bends/kinks/splits.... You can always check with a fuel pressure gauge with the vehicle under noise, but I'd reccomend some new 3/8" line.

Cheers,
Harv.
my ones with mild 308s have never had a fuel starve issue, a mate had a HR ute with a 12 second 1/4 308 running standard fuel lines no dramas
sometimes yor just better off shitting in yor hands and clapping

Still not happy with the steering set up, uni very close to the rear pipe.

Looking at moving the fire wall penetration down and to the right, will recess the firewall to clear the heads at the same time. (maybe grind the lip off to)

The older style CRS headers came up over the column, the new ones go forward? ( see pics of Greg’s Harv's & Matts)

Cheers Fingers & Matt for the advice. (Fingers will rer post the stencils)

I did this and are having a hard time keeping the steering column pointing straight at the driver. Will have to modifiy the hanger slightly but even then its gunna be slightly offcentre

hi Gazza.

I'm about to trial fit the engine to the front end (the same as yours but with a rear rack). The front of the sump hits the top of the crossmember like in your photo.
My engine mounts look the same as yours. Did you have the same problem with the tin sump? Whats your take on fixing this?

Hows the painting going..

Thanks Rick.
