Went over to have a look at the car the other day, The rain has slowed progress but it is looking great
The fuel tank was sent away and cleaned out and pressure tested, luckily as the previous owner had bodged it up and the modifications to the tank came apart when the tank was dipped
The fuel sender for the new gauges has been installed by welding a plate inside the tank and tapping the threads.
Some more goodies to go in
The whole car has been wiped over with Prepsol and the paintwork is gleaming, pictures don't really do it any justice

The pic's look great, if they don't do it justice I can't imagine what it would look like in the flesh

It's slowing the painting of the parts before being fitted.Devilrod wrote:Looking good. Just one question though how can rain slow progress? Its a big garage its in?
