Is there much difference in performance on a grey by putting extractors on?
I used to have an Ek back in '83 that had a slightly larger carb and grey motor headers and it went pretty good.

hey Paul, as you found out back in the day, extractors on a grey would have the most noticeable effect in conjunction with other modifications, such as cam, twin carbs, red motor valves and higher compression.

I run these on my FB, Rod who makes them has been making headers for years under a different name, which I don't remember.
He had a buisiness fallout and went out on his own and kept all his patterns.

How do they go with inlet manifold clearance?

I had to give them a slight bash with a hammer to get my "landspeed" twin carb manifold on, but I now have a triple manifold that sits further out, Trev .
