Radiator

Hi All

while I sort out some recore trickery, I would like to get a spare to use and to keep on the shelf for later. Does anyone have a spare non leaking radiator?

Cheers

Re: Seized Rear Drum

Okeydokey.

Found out why it was so hard to take off. There is a slot inside the drum with matching profile on the brake shoe. The other side is smooth like every other drum I have seen. Which one is normal? It is even normal?

Cheers

Seized Rear Drum

Hi All

Lately my right rear has been dragging lately so I thought it best I take it apart and put in a new wheel cylinder. Anyway, I cant get the drum off!

I have tried doing all the usual tricks I have in the past and no joy. I did some net searching and saw that I could adjust it back a little ...

Red motor bare block

Hi All,

I need to tack in some engine mounts and dont really want to use my complete red motor as I dont want to scratch it (just painted it all nice and grey) so was wondering if anyone from NSW, ACT or VIC (Lakes Entrance way) has an old short block that is in the way. Happy to trade beer, beer ...

Re: wanted sc 14 mounting kit

Hi Mate

I have one but wasnt sure if I would sell it or not. Its polished alloy. I dont think I will. If you're in Sydney you're more than welcome to have a look at mine and take measurements. Otherwise, if you twist my arm Ill take plenty of pics. It mounts to the fuel pump mount and the water ...

Ek radiator - syd or CC

Hi All

One of my fins has sprung a leak. I snipped it and rolled both ends back on itself to limp home but I need another stock one to go in its place.

If anyone has one in sydney I can pick up this week.

Cheers

Re: 149 Red Tips and Tricks

I didnt know the 149 has a higher comp head. I guess I would be wasting my time farting about with yella terra heads then.

If only I knew how to put on a number plate correctly though!!! :) :)

149 Red Tips and Tricks

Hi All,

After umming and ahhing about what to do I have taken Ratboxes advice and found myself a 149 red engine to put into my ute. It is a tow car and the grey simply cant cut it any more and the mods needed to get it up to speed to tow are just too pricey for my modest budget. I will paint it ...
