I am currently building a new garage, and once built my plans are to finish the necessary rust repairs and get my EK roadworthy, and drive it in part primer, or maybe spot repaint.

I would love to do a strip and re-paint, but as you say, neither time nor finances allow at the moment ...

I was in Armadale for a week end of October!

Back in NZ now!

At least I called into Rare Parts in Perth and got some bits and bobs for the old girl

Can't help much except to say that back in the 80's when I had a EK Wagon project, I had a spare set of panels, and they were that colour, albeit faded!
So I think it may well have been a factory colour.

How much are they??

Do they have a website??

Can someone post pics? - I would rather rubber than carpet.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the distro on the grey is at the rear, whereas the Red is in the middle - an astute insurance accessor may spot this if the worst ...

Isn't that what grey's normally sound like??
