Lot of chrome bitz on eBay for big prices......kinda always wondered if the 'new chrome' was up to the standard of the prices.....I got a chrome bonnet bar redone as part of a insurance job. It's ok, but obviously not a top job.

All the Saas kits seem to be 2" or more deep.
I was looking at removing the splined/metal section in the centre of the stock wheel and mating it to the Mooneyes wheel....either drilling/tapping the stock centre or the wheel centre.
If i had a $*#@ wheel I'd try it.....but even shit ones seem to be ...

Depends on the era/style really.......cream/tan leather screams 90's / 2000's to me.
The style of the exterior looks 70s/80's to me (based on wheels/chrome etc), something like a black interior with lots of detail (tuck and roll/diamonds/etc) would look pretty cool.....my car was built with late 60 ...

Hi, I want a three spoke (slotted) chrome / black vinyl wheel from Mooneyes, for my EK, have worked out a way to adapt the wheel to the column using the remnants of a stock EK Wheel but has anyone fitted one using the adapters (Saas or otherwise)......?

A quite well executed build. well done to the guys who built it. The owner wasn't there at the Nats, but it was his Mum's car apparently, he was gonna do it up but never finished it or had time and obviously had the money.....so good on him.
