Hi, I want a three spoke (slotted) chrome / black vinyl wheel from Mooneyes, for my EK, have worked out a way to adapt the wheel to the column using the remnants of a stock EK Wheel but has anyone fitted one using the adapters (Saas or otherwise)......?
The moon wheel has a 3' dish to it so will be similar to the stock dish, and I'd rather not have it stick out further due to the adapter.
Cheers Maiki

Is it worth getting a saas deep dish boss kit, then have it drilled to mount the moon wheel?
Or is the spline similar to an early chev?

Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.

All the Saas kits seem to be 2" or more deep.
I was looking at removing the splined/metal section in the centre of the stock wheel and mating it to the Mooneyes wheel....either drilling/tapping the stock centre or the wheel centre.
If i had a $*#@ wheel I'd try it.....but even shit ones seem to be worth $ on eBay!
