Holley on grey motor

Post by newman »

Just watched a Kleinig manifold to suit a two barrell Holley go through on Ebay,I've never seen one before :? Got me thinking though, how a 350 Holley would go on a grey motor, small cam, extractors etc.
Has anyone tried a Holley on a grey and has anyone ever seen a Kleinig two barrell manifold? 8)

Two barrell manifold

Post by newman »

wot179, you made me look twice at the manifold to notice the bolt on adapter, but its obvious to me now. What had me scratching my head was the Kleinig name on the manifold as I've never seen the Holley name in any of my grey motor performance articles.
Ratbox, Twin two barrells on a grey manifold must be a rare one to find nowdays, I thought I've seen just about all the different types of multi carb manifolds for greys but there is more to be seen from the sounds of it.
Interesting thing is,it appears to have a flange and boltholes to bolt up to a stock exhaust manifold, I've seen twin manifolds with this feature before and it never made sense to me to alter the fuel side of things without improving the exhaust side of things

Thanks guys for your input, its much appreciated. 8)

P.S. Is anyone running a Holley on a grey????
