VK injection question.

For those that have done a VK injection to a red/blue/black motor. What size(amps) altenator did you use, as the one I have is having trouble keeping up with thermo fan and other acc. I never had these problems before mod with the plain jane red, and yes I had a mate that is a auto electrician check out my wiring and he told me that I need to upgrade. The bad part is that he said it would cost about $400 for the altenator I need.
How close to the mark is he.Thanks.

hmm you should fine a good 2 nd had one for $100 ..
also check evil bay seen a few there new

i just used the standard vk one never had any probs
