Need help with what front end to choose ?
Need help with what front end to choose ?
Well right now with one of the friggen thread holes stripped i have decided to go with Disc front and rear. But the problem is that i don't know where to start.
The engines that i have i have decided on are either a 253 V8 Holden , Nissin SR20DE or a fuel injected old V6. With the engine choice the SR20 will have aprox.. 250HP worth of modifications, there fore making it the most powerfull engine listed. So im guessing that i would need a good front end ?
But i have no idea of what to get as i want to run 19" or 20" bling bling rims. All i would like to run slotted rotor's aswell if the makes a difference

Well i would go with a RB30 but i don't know if the car can fit a RB30. Also i dont want to be running a turbo motor or V8, i know i mentioned a V8 but i thought it might look good with a V8. Just because i want to drive it every day when it is finished. Also i want enough power to get it sideways and doing somne pretty decent burnouts. sorta like the mustang out of the fast and furious tokyo drift. Old skool drifter.

I just don't think FB's N EK's are very well suited to drifting, they are too tall and narrow to get a good steady grip on terra firmer, very much unlike your usual jap style sports car.
$22000 is a good amount to have to spend on a project car, but be careful it can get burnt up pretty quickly, especially with the mods you are talking about, Trev
