Should save himself some money and just drill some holes in the muffler.

J, in 20 years when your my age you'll probably sit back and think "what was I thinking putting all that shit onto my car. I should've listened to those damn restorers" 8)

Can I make a good suggestion,

The only Glass packs you should be getting,
are the Ones that have AMBER fluid in em and come in 6 or 24, 30 Packs.
Drink all them and anything sounds cool.

you forget, I dont condone of underage drinking...
I do everything by the book......

wait glasspacks r illegal

holes in muffler might be a temporary relief... or i could run a straight pipe n say ek's didnt come out with them.....

hopefully cal wont get all pissy n cry about an original muffler being "customized "
dont worry mate, il restore the muffler back to its former glory someday :P

J, I have another option that's less permanent and easier to change back.

I remember putting a hotdog onto my 6 cyl cortina.
Loved it for a few weeks, wonderful sound, then got very annoyed with it.

Record some nice V8 sounds, put them onto your stereo.
Put external speakers under the bonnet and at the back, Turn it up loud and when you get bored with it, take the CD out and your back to normal again. :D :D

As I said on MSN,
My exhaust has a nice note, but I am sick of the noise!

I would look into some sort of exhaust valve that opens via a wire or electronically. Would be heaps better.

I'm with all the grandpa's on this one, I always say to the exhaust dudes "just make it so I don't have to hear it"  !

You could always get one of those exhaust cut out pipe thingies  , Trev 8) .
