i just got a 350 holley and manifold to put on my 186.
its just got the stsndard accelerator linkeges and i was told that with this carby that i will probaly have to run a accelerator cable. just wondering if anbody has done this or is there another way around this. any help would be much appreaciated

just seen an old thread about this subject...

stingray done it to his car..

just another question...would the L300 cable still work on the hg?

yeah definately go the cable ... we once setup a linkage on my partners EH when we put the 350 holley on ... it was so never able to be perfect and engine twist changed things alot and we scrapped it for the cable!
