Parkes Elvis Festival "CAR SHOW"

Hi, I just thought you might be interested in the Elvis Festival, held in Parkes, NSW. from the 7th through to 11th January 2009. GREAT FUN.
There's a street parade, featuring a variety of cars some with Elvis theme, followed by a car show featuring cars of the era in the main street.

there was something a little sus regarding the event on the news the other night, bikies aren't to wear colours in pubs

didn't think this would be a big turnout for bikies

colours its starting to be common infact i think SA has made it illegal to wear colours even nam vets of ulissyis .. how ever u spell it ..

Well I've been going to it for few years now & this is the first I' ve heard about this, so I think it's just another media beat up, dont believe what rubbish the media says, its c#ap

( wheres that kid from New Guinea that Anna Coren on todaytonight said was gunna get eaten ) just c#ap . 8000 or more good people go to the Elvis fest. & there & no problems ( was your media source reliable? do you want lies with that)

well what can i say its just not a bikie event if that is what concerns you gezz louise its not a scene from wild one its a elvis fest in country nsw

thats good, it is a good weekend lotsa elvis,s and priscilla,s of all shapes n sizes and some interesting cars to worth having a look at

i live near cowra and my missus works in target cowra, don't know if he was in the area early or not but they had a full on asian elvis in the other day

thats the good part of the elvis fest all shapes n sizes n varietys i ve got jordanian mate we say to him he should get an old merc n dress it up as little egypt

, well ratbox if ya near cowra a few of us meeting in eugowra on the friday night n havin a few at the fat lamb hotel before saturday events

we went to the elvis festival 2 years ago not a bad weekend if u like elvis otherwise bit overated didnt see any bikies though

elvis fest went great street parade took 1hr n half 130 plus cars of all types " n saw a couple of ullyses motor cycle club alot harley riders but no colours there
