Well guys .. a little bit more done .. she getting close to been back on all 4s ..

The roof done ,,,

a little rust hidding under the paint ..

inside roof had a bit of rust too .. most likely from the old visor holes ..

Sub frame and front end back from sand blasters ..

i noticed the replacement sub had this added looks like some sort of strengthener .. any ideas ?

i noticed the dif in quality on the stamping the replacement frame was a melb fb and the orginal was a sydney ek .. the sydney stamp is rough and upside down ?

well there all etched and undercoated now .. just have to re assemble front end and weld in seat belt plates and that about it for the rack ..

poor old 1/4 still need more work .. as i can still see some waves in the filling ... oh well ..

those plates are part of a hadfeild chassis kit

Mate, she's looking good. Looking at a couple of those pickies bought back memories of mine at that stage, sent a fukcen chill up my spine.
Keep up the good work, it all gets exciting when you start putting colour on.
