Anyone any idea's on what this may be - think it's avariable jet for the stromberg

Its usually used for better main jet fuel adjustment when fitting multiple stromberg carbies but can also be used on a single carb as well.No one seems to sell them anymore as I've been trying to find a stockist of them now for a while.

Terry.

I can't think what to write here so this will do.
Hi Guys.
That's only part of the kit. The other part looks like a normal main jet, but it has a tapered opening for the needle to seat into.
These were popular with taxi owners in the sixties. The adjustment method was simple, you turn in inwards in increments until the exhaust valves burn out & then back it off by 1/4 of a turn.
