Rockers and Revheads!

Quiff up and frock up for a great FREE family night!

There'll be rock n roll and rockabilly bands, classic cars and street rods, free dance lessons and DJs as Rockers and Revheads roar into Wheeler Place Friday nights in October.

To rev you up for a rockin' October there will be two fantastic lead up events:

When: SATURDAY 29 September 10am - 2pm

Where: Hunter Street Mall, Newcastle

What: Classic cars and rock n roll dancing on display plus live music from guitar duo Brian McVernon & Robbie Urquhart

When: MONDAY 1 October 10am - 2pm

Where: Harbour Square, Honeysuckle

What: Classic cars and rock n roll dancing on display

AND THEN EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT IN OCTOBER AT WHEELER PLACE, NEWCASTLE

When: Fridays in October, 6 - 9pm
Where: Wheeler Place, Newcastle

Matt and I went again last night, with our better halves

not as many cars last night as the week before, but the music was great.

There was a nice 55 chev wagon, an EK wagon, Phil Illfields FE panelvan,
and a nice Dodge Phonix, just to name a few.

We'll see you there next week Bev.

Bev & I rocked on up to the Live Sites night with Brown Bear & FBcruising (and their better halves).

Here are some piccies. Ive posted the flashed pics, as those taken without were just too dark n wobbly.

Good stuff Bev! - it was a great night out

Need to figure out how to add the sound of the Live band as well to complete the picture.

I'm hoping to be there tommorrow night as well - just need to convince the FB that fuel goes down the carby and not out the sides...

Taaa fellas, only one thing better than taking photos of old Holdens, and thats sharing them.
Matt, we wont be making it to Wheeler Place tonight for the lastof the Rockers n Revheads.
If you lot go in, be sure to have a top time.
