G'day Craig

I ground down a old chisel to fit in groove and swore & cursed for a few hours. I was re painting so not much care taken. I hope you get a better idea, but make sure it all comes off so the new seals dont protrude any more than needed. Im going to redo (cut a bit i think) my rear door top B pillar corners. I find there is not much margin for door alignment error and the seal being pushed out on closure.

G'day Craig,

If your duco's reasonable, try a little gun wash on a rag and soak then wipe, can be pretty teadious, caution though not to go through the paint.
