Any idea what size, Clay? I’ve got a few bsp plugs and others lying around.

Cheers,

John

I think around 7/8 coarse thread John. Red blue black motor heater hose union and temp sender match.

I have employed a temporary solution and will probably end up installing a temp sender instead of the plug.

Maybe I don’t need this now. Doh!
Thanks anyway.
Cheers

Be careful not to use a BSP plug here. The correct thread is 1/2" NPT, which is close to 1/2" BSP but not close enough. I've seen these housings split open by fitting a BSP plug.

Are these 1/2"NPT, or 3/8"NPT?

MasterParts reckons 3/8". I thought the 1/2" pipe plugs were on the water pump, but could be wrong.
