Hi All,
First time I've posted to the forum, so please bare with me. Sorry.
I was hoping someone could confirm for me the shape of the centre hubs of the standard, original wheel rims on my FB special Wagon please.
The rims I have, do have a raised "V" between the stub hole flanges.
Very keen to fit original wheels with razor blades. Restoring car to original condition.
Thanks for any help.

Standard original FB wheel rims
Re: Standard original FB wheel rims
John,
Welcome.
Standard FE-EH rims do have the raised "V" between the stud holes. But nothing's ever straightforward - so do HD/HR rims.
The "V" in the FE-EH rims only sits maybe 1/8" proud, whereas in HD/HR rims the the "V" is more "U"-shaped, is about 1/4" proud, and there's an 1/8" diameter hole in one of them.
If the tyres are off the rims, you should be able to make out a date code stamped into the inside of the rim (month/year). You'd be looking for 60 or 61. 65, 66 or 67 would suggest HD or HR.
Rob

Re: Standard original FB wheel rims
Thanks Rob,
Yes I'm seeing the V raised about the 1/8" as you describe. The date codes confused me as I'm seeing 64. Rims must have been changed for some reason. My FB was registered early 1961. I'm guessing a December 60 build.
Really appreciated your help Rob.
