That Black FB was at Tocumwal and owned by a John? Hyde. He lived at Cobrum and was building a fully engineered convertiable at the time.
What happened to it and the convert. The FB was very very clean and won all the trohies I think?
Can't quite remember anything except it was cold and a long drive. Blew a timing gear on the way home on the border back into Qld at 2am in the morning in -4 degrees after travelling in excess of 2500 kms. Good nats though and some long remembered stories regarding particukar NSW people (no names)
