Doors

Post by BILLY BLACKARROW »

Hi Guys
I am trying to adjust my doors (new Rubbers)is it a two position striker plate I have used Rares rubber magic but the doors don't sit correctly it seems to me as if the doors need to go another step the striker is adjusted in as far as it will go ?

This is how I fitted my rubbers 2nd photo I don't think the rubbers are the problem What I am asking is when you close the door does it shut then you close it a little bit more to seal IE a two positions 1st stage is closed but not sealed 2nd stage it seals. The striker plate looks to have two teeth
I know it is a bit hard to understand because it was hard to write I just hope some one thinks the same as I do

Thanks BILLY
