Hi guys I have a Cathay grey ek.I was considering going the hr disc brake front and standard rear drums.just wondering do I have to use a booster ?

You don't have to use a booster but you will need to change the rear wheel cylinders to match the discs.
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.

Is there a reason for not wanting a booster? Running unboosted requires a lot more pedal pressure especially seeing as the discs are solid.
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.

Cost and did not want to change to much from original still have the old grey.
