Installing wagon cargo area glass - suggestions

Post by Finny »

Any suggestions as to the best way to fit the rear side glass sections into a wagon.
The ones that go on the sides of the cargo areas.

They seem to bind up when they get to the two tight corners.
Is there a right way to do them or where to start / finish.
Has anyone discovered the best way, so you don't rip the rubbers.

Rubber mallet, rubber chicken, tried everything and was about to use a house brick.
Then I decided to pull them out and start over again.
Left it out in the sun also.
But this time starting with the pointy part and pushing it into place.
A little damage but nothing a bit of glue can't fix. :D :D
