Door adjustments

Post by Finny »

Just wondering if there are any special tricks to installing doors. :? :?

So far I can get the doors to roughly line up, and they click into the first holding position.
But I have only been able to get them to fully close once on a back door.

It seems like it something just doesn't quite reach.
Could it be the angle on the striker plate ????

Gapping old Holdens...Keep your swear jar handy...

If its not clicking on the strikers it will be the position of the strikers, the angle or the height would be my guess.
