What you've got is a Speco manifold, its missing its name plaque that sits diagonally between the carbies
As far as extractors go I had an old set I had to modify (Heat and dent one pipe), but when I lashed out and put a new set on the Speco manifold cleared everything.
In other words mate it can be a lucky dip
