just removed the tranmission form the ek few days ago is it easy to reco it your self or best to tranmission joint to do it

Easy as mate, there is bugger all inside.
I got a kit through Rare Spares and did mine without any trouble.

If you have synchro issues though you might have to chase spares. (they are not available new)

thanks mate, wasnt to sure if it worht taking it tranmission joint or not never done a ek one only taken apart 138 and red motor.
