how to remove front bumper bar and side fenders

does anyone How to remove front side fenders and bumper bar iv taken some of the bolts off that i can see in the engine bay out but still cant see ells is holding it on

bumper bar has 6 bolts, 4 on sub frame and one on each front guard, as for fenders, i asume front guards, theres heaps in tricky spots for a first timer, 3 or 4 behind the inner kick pannels, 2 or 3 in the grill area, 2 on the brace from wheel arch to subframe. just remember to keep them all, and mark them LH front guard etc

iv taken 2 bolts in the arch the ones on the side of the panel where the bonnet is. what do mean by inner kick panel?

The inner kick panels are the bits on the sides of the footwell. Don't drop the bolts unless your sills are really rusty you won't get them out! Sounds like you need a manual as Trev said. They make a big difference.
