Went on the scrounge this weekend , no new tail lights , BUT

Post by Rusty EK »

Went on the scrounge this weekend to try and find some interesting tail lights for the ute , sort of got side tracked with these two  :D :D :D :D .

So let me present the new additions to the family  :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Pretty in pink , isn't she bewdiful .

The letters left on the boot say it all really

Also got this , and another ute load of parts and panels to pick up

The EK is in pretty good nick , minimal rust ,well compared to what I,am use too  , so think I will put her back to standard , have a nice grey that came out of the ute , that will go nice .

Original colours are Twilight Turquoise with a Snowcrest white roof .

Apparently she has a bit of history , she was the car that they used to ferry the drunks home from the Coupe de ville bar , down here in Hobart , a Pub done out in all car memorabilia , will have to find out a bit more about this .

The FB has got a bit of rust , still not as bad as the ute I dont think , but I think she is going to get a Top Chop and modified , he , he

Well, got enough work to do till I die now  .

Amongst it all was a good drivers side spare front guard , just the thing I needed for the ute :!:

To say that I am happy this weekend is an understatement :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D    :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks guys

Sputzwagon,My eyes went glassy , didnt see much else  , the old guy is into his Hillmans , has several sitting around , they are complete cars so seemed a shame to think about pulling the lights out , he loves them .
