Sorry, no pic but stick your head under the dash next to the steering column to the right there will be 3 tapped holes (in a tri-angle) that it screws onto, Trev 8) .

Thanks Trev,

I've got a flasher unit and a torana fuse box bolted to a couple of those holes and a whole stack of wiring that'll need to be moved I think to get the handle back in. Just after a clear idea of how it should look

Cheers,

Scott.

not sure if many cars would still have them, but theres a clip on the steering column somewhere for a flasher unit - so that might help when relocating yours.
For the handbrake,
theres 3 holes that are sort of in a triangle, (one towards the front seat, and two closer to the firewall) and the handbrake bracket just bolts on through those 3. the original fuse panel has one hole to the (right?) of where the handbrake goes so depending on how big that torana one is it could be bolted on there if you want.

Thanks guys,

I worked out that one of the handbrake handles I had was not actually an Ek, hence the problems I was having. I'll post a pic later on to try and see if someone can ID it but it was just an inch or so shorter than the Ek one I now have. Otherwise pretty much the same to look at. Any ideas on what it's from? Maybe FE/FC??? :?:

Cheers,

Scott.
