What is the best way to remove bonnet hinges?

but how to undo the bottom bolt that bolts onto firewall, looks hard to get at...?

Uni joint on and extension is what I use.... Go easy if using extra leverage, you may snap the head off the bolt

pump some wd40 in there also...
