Unfortunately you were spot-on about this one Steve. I can't upload the pics on this PC, but will when I get home. Someone else might like to contact the owner and make an offer. Too much work in it for me (at the moment).

Ok if I find out what the original number was I'll let you know, vicroads says rta has the records and vice versa

Hi Steve - just a couple of minor corrections.
Owner for EK6671S should be Alan & OB Thompson, same for FB12894S.
