Great collection..... if I am not mistaken, those letters are for the boot lid... the "E" is enclosed, not open like the bonnet one -at least, that's what's on mine...

The pins are located different and should have neoprene seals to stop water getting in the boot.

Thanks Clay,
I made up replacement neoprene gaskets for mine... very, very thin - Sikaflex 221 was then very thinly spread on both sides to seal them to the fresh boot lid paint...

I will have to re-visit this in years to come - but there is a fair bit of original paint to be re-sprayed before I have a second go at the boot-lid...
You'll read in time, what my "spray gear" was when I re-sprayed the boot lid back in about 1989...... and your draw will drop..!

I don’t think Gazza could get the back any lower without rubbing issues Blacky. Wouldn’t look right if the front only went down.

Actually did the roof in an Audi pearl white, it’s very subtle can’t really see the pearl
