Thanks Wayne.
Tried Clark Rubber the other day but they had nothing close. May try another store if I have no luck with Spectrum Rubber.

I got the rubber i used from Traralgon clarks, it was a doubled over flat piece that I cut to the shape of the guard.
Traralgon was the only shop that had it.

Spectrum Rubber at Dunheved is now supplied by Rare Spares. They may still still do some of their own rubber products but not sure?

Have a browse through Scotts Auto Rubber...http://www.scottsoldautorubber.com.au/

I bought my 'u' channel for the top of the inner guard at Graham Rubber http://www.grahamrubber.com.au/

Thanks Tim,
I thought about the change in ride harshness but am prepared to put up with that as opposed to having to change the rubbers when they become displaced and cracked, especially the rear shackle rubbers.
The red nolathane bushes are going to be replaced with Whiteline synthetic elastomer bushes which are quite flexible, I just didn't get around to swapping them over before taking the picture.

Got them from Whiteline. Ordered them direct off the Internet thru their website. Be careful as the front shackle bush is listed as a different type and does not fit FB EK. They have confused them with HD HR and they don't fit. You'll have to order 2 rear shackle kits to ensure you'll have enough for both ends.
