A few more pics,

engine bay copped a hard time during engine fit and some spider rust, so full respray once it gets to Dongara, set of wheels and drive, drive, drive.
Certainly wish you Rod Lites would fit Petrolhead!!!!

My van has arrived, in Dongara, in 1 piece all the way from Cairns.

Only got it to Dongara an hour ago, will post some current pics soon before I pull it apart for respray.

Bit of an update for the WA crew,
as previously posted after getting the van to WA I drove it for a couple of weeks but was unhappy with the appearance. Sooo
I took the plunge and pulled it off the road again, against everyone's recommendations .................
completely pulled it apart and began the arduous task of a complete respray, Faaaaark why did I not listed to the experienced!!!!!!
Anyhow, 12 months down the track, shitloads of sandblasting, sandpaper and 1 inch shorter fingers she is now in high fill ready for colour.
Complete fit up before colour is applied to ensure the gaps are perfect, then complete strip down and into the booth - still have to decide on colour.
Thanks Blacky - yes we did blow the electronic ignition up - note to self - ignition wire always goes to positive on coil not negative for electronic ignition.
Cheers Mark

Looks good - I like the colour of the primer haha, my vote would be a standard sort of colour, no pearls. Just keep it clean and classy.
But end of the day it's your car, paint it whatever colour you like it's still going to be a cool V8 van!
Dongara run sounds awesome!!

Cheers guys,
All back together, new motor sounds and runs great. Driven to panel shop this afternoon and left there to be gapped out, stripped down and colour applied.
Next pics will be final top coat and a few days of cutting back and buffing.
So close and yet so far away.
Cheers Mark
