On that Chasing Classic Cars show they hand over some serious coin for cars. One guy paid almost 1 million bucks for what was essentially a Ferrari shell. Still, we're talking Ferrari here, not a farking FX Holden

I love the new one. Desert car kings? Like an old redneck version of overhaulin.

yeah i like there version of a "restored" car, scab some bits out of the wrecking yard, quick shonky paint job of non original colour over whatever crap paint that was allready on it masking up the chrome and windows and wollah restored car

nah it wouldn't be worthy it would just look cheap and tacky the technology the aliens had would take millions to try to make something tat looks like it
i can't believe people getting there nose out of joint over a guy (and he's no the only person doing it) that may or may not be bullshitting about a car or options on a car they own

if it's real good on him if it's not and some fool buys it sucked in to them and good on him, same as before it won't affect any of us

Agree with your last sentence Mick
But it is interesting reading history on cars
What I also find interesting is how this thread went from prototype 2 to alien anal probes

Another one of those shows is "Appraise My Car", where these experts tell people how much their classic or muscle car is worth.
Suffice to say there are not a lot of happy faces when these people get told what their car is
really worth

maybe it will Scotty (if it hasn't already

But notice how I used the word 'interesting'
not 'surprising'
Not much surprises me on here these days
