Now what are the chances of the hubcaps falling off.... what is the best way to put them on and off without damaging them?

Engage two lugs under the hubcap lip. Whack over the third with your palm. Check to see if they rotate (cap out of round) and if so twist until cap is tight.with stock wheels coming off shouldn't be a problem unless you belt over speed humps or hit a pothole, spoon drain etc.
Those hubs are worth a quid. I'd be more worried about someone souveniring them.

There is a special tool for that some wheel brace's have it on them
or you can buy the single Tool for it
Or get a big flat head screw driver and wrap the pointy end in some electrical tape and Push it I between the cap edge and the rim while gently turning the screw driver so it pops the cap off
If you can't get a tool I will put one in the post for you I think I have a spare one or too

Finally on club rego - severely over budget, 12 months longer than anticipated but got there in the end.
It's not a show car but an honest cruiser to chuck the kids in and go for a drive!

Ok so been driving the old girl and can now officially say I'm a true FB owner as I have already run out of petrol due to dodgey fuel gauge and lost a hub cap....
Got an alarm fitted along with an immobiliser and tracker mainly due to fact any key starts the old girl. Also got them to fit a retro sounds Bluetooth stereo with built in hands free. Great to have some tunes while cruising along.
