money can be an issue, but nobdy can use time as an excuse uless you work 12-14 hours a day but then money shouldn't be a problem, i've prolly only averaged 2 hours a day and maybe half a day on a couple of weekends and i've gone from basically a bare shell to a near driving car in a few weeks i'm taking the car for a rego inspection in 3 weeks and unless something goes bad basically motor or gearbox i'll have it done fairly easilly

Hey, looks good. What vinal did you use for the parcel shelf? I am looking at doing the same thing, but was wondering if theres different types for different purposes.

So thought id put some more pics up finally as been a bit slack so here goes..
yes i know i cut the original door trims

well they were off the ek so thought not so bad

used some sound deadner in the doors as well as parcel shelf for bit better sound.

completed look, resized the stainless on the door to suit.
Thought id also use the rear venetian out of the ek as well and spray it up in some spare bright white 2 pak i had lying around.
also put the rear seat in to make sure id done the parcel shelf correctly.

is a nice fit too!
next was to refit the venetian.. didn realise ya gotta take a few nicks out of the window rubber for the b@$tard to stay in there properly.
Thought id also pinch the EKs taillights for now as there in better nic too!

and put all new rear lamps in from rares.
came up preaty good after a bit of a polish with mequires metal polish.
startin to look like a car again!

yes the aftermarket glass sucks

one years ago there was no way in the world it was going in and the one in the van was basically sikaflexed in, prolly best if you can find a good original even the rubbers cause some grief, i was lucky with this car as i had front and rear original glass with good rubbers on them i've never fitted a screen before and my mate had done some but never FB/EK which people say are quite difficult we had front and back in in 15 minutes
i'm onto a factory green front screen
