Using a resistor in parallel will affect the linearity of the resistance/fuel level relation.

Hey Rob - I didn't find to be an issue when tested previously but I will have another check. Rewinding is an option I hadn't really considered.

Do you have the room to extend the float arm to limit travel so it only goes from zero to thirty ?

Geez Blacky - you could have given me that bit of brilliant advice before I stuffed around with all this electronics shinanigans .

Looks like its out with the multimeter and the sender again to see if that's the go.
