Passenger side lower A pillar is the worst of it, also drivers door, both sills and some in the roof
Bought new sills , cowls and a passenger side floor pan plus the neighbour has a van body that I can grab a couple of donor sections from. Dug this out plus a GTS steering wheel and I have most of an aircon unit to go into it

Rare spares panel will sort most of the floor out - hoping the donor bits from next door will sort the pillar base or it is going to be fab time.

Started digging - found what I was expecting to find
Went and checked the donor car - just as bad nearly but at least it told me what it was meant to look like

Cut a bit more back to access the whole part
Made a template out of masking tape

Thought the other side will most likely be the same so went and opened it up and sure enough-
Might as well make 2 of these pieces

I’m not surprised about the cowl vent cover, but the floor and pillar bottom are worse than I expected.

When i buy a car the rust never scares me, although I would balk at the roof bubbles.
Once the cowl lets go the water just fills the floors so rust it is.
Good your crazy enough to look past these little issues Blacky.
