hey mark i live in the bush too the and have lived in the outer city as well and the roads are no better  so i've just learnt to live with a bad/uncomfortable ride  but do play around alot with different spring/shock combos and cutting and grinding bumpstops

I've considered doing the same for my EH but when I tried photoshopping it, didn't like what I saw.

But, I must say I really dig the combo on your wagon. Gives it a different flavour to so many other rides out there (don't often see flappers on 5 spokes, at least not up here in QLD), and works especially well with your cars colour scheme.

G'day Mark.

Just to give you an idea of the lowered look. I think the wheels look alright to me to.

Well guys a quick update. I put 215/50's on the back .I took it for its first real drive to Wagga then to Marrar then home about 130k's. I got down the street and had to kick the karen out and made her drive her fb and i put 2 of my girls in the front cos it continually scraped on the back guard . After doing that it wasn't as bad but its not real practical kicking the missus out every time we want to go for a family drive( I KNOW ITS DEBATABLE   ) so my options now are...

1. Put slimmer tyres on the back.
2. Punch out the back guard lip..
3. Put stocks back on (but ive grown to quite like the dragways and flappers)
4.Put some 6" white rims on with the flappers (but ive grown to quite like the dragways and flappers)
5.Did i mention that ive grown to like the dragways and flappers??
6.raise the arse end(but i like it lowered)
Will make a choice this week and let you guy's know..heres a picture of our day

Change the rear tyres. Maybe try a 205/60. But you will need to find a good tyre place that will fit the tyre and check clearance for you prior to purchase...

Mark,

I ended up pumping the inner guard on my ute (carefully) until it just touched the inside of the outer skin- can't remember whether wagons have same setup.Could be worth a try.

Hi Mark,

What size rims are you currently running and do you know the offset.
