Harko, thats sick man, thanks..! Thats exactly what i was looking for...
Will post a real photo when its done, ha..
As for the overheating, we havent really been running it lately..
We havent taken any active steps to fix it so i can only assume the problem is still there....
Will be towing it up to Port Macquarie for engineering hopefully within the next few weeks... will keep you posted...

Ok, so its been a big week... Wednesday saw a 4am rise, arriving at Port Macquarie by 8am.. Dropped the car off to the Engineer and found ourselves with a whole day to kill...
Thankfully, Matches came to the rescue and provided some fantastic hospitality by means of a snag sizzle and a cuppa and a comfy seat to kick back in for a couple of hours.. Checked out his beast and talked cars for a while, was great to put a face to the name, thanks again bro.
Received a call from Mick the Engineer at about 2:30. The car was right to go. Didnt knock it back on anything and was overall very impressed with the build.. A nice 10 page report and a blue slip in hand, we went to the RTA and sealed the deal with some more $$$.....
After champagne and cigars, we loaded the car back on the float and by 4pm we were back on the road South.

20 minutes into the journey, we were overtaking a B-double gas tanker going down a hill and all of a sudden the trailer started to buck and fish tail pulling the ute and us inside back and forth from left to right. Coming within inches to the tanker and the trees on the right, I thought it was time to say goodbye.. Thankfully, we gradually slowed down and pulled over, changed our underwear and thanked the appropriate gods....
The bucking of the trailer caused the car to jump 12" all the way over to one side of the trailer and scraping a few chunks of paint off in the process... Front guard, bottom of both doors....

But, all in all, a momentus occasion.. Took it for its first legal cruise yesterday afternoon, a little bit of overheating but plenty of interest from onlookers... Thanks again to Matches for putting me on to Mick, the Engineer... he was awesome.. very legitimate.

A few finishing touches need to be applied, its going in for a final buff next week, then we can add the moulding, spats and visor...
A couple of photos...

your car looks even better in person than in the photo's (they really don't do it justice) so it's not surprising you got soo much attention.
