Lex's laws in physics explain the massive bruising we see from seatbelts on accident victims and if no belts are fitted they usually look like they have been put through a blender if they come in contact with the front screen - or fly right through it ! (yeah I know - most of the time they are laminated - the oldies have 'safety' glass)
