That looks unreal Sputz !!!

Amazing Harko, love the look of the front grill with the thin slats.

For your wheels try these guys mate, they do a few differing center caps.

Another big day , Ive finish welded the glove box lid , pumped the rear of the rear guards to square them up to the wheels , gained about 30mm which equates to just over an inch more in fats on the back :)
Ill be cutting the inner guard to chassis area out aswell so it will be interesting to see how many inches Ive got then 8)

Ive also gained 15mm on the front [so far] and should gain a little more by pulling the guard lip out as planned.

Then I cut the scuttle panel I think its called , the panel between the bonnet and windscreen , I cut the step off that runs on the outside of the wiper pivot points and shortened them , So now when you look along the top of the mudguard from front to rear - the scuttle panel is smooth right across to the bonnet gap .
Confusing ay .

I also mocked up the tail light idea to see where im headed with it ,

How do folk "pump" there guards? Might have to do it to give the rear tyres a little more room.

Sounds like your moving along swiftly, have you got the roof finished yet? Trev 8) .

Oh! way back then   , I just thought you had a bit of welding to do near the back.

Is the car going to Nerandera?

Too much photo shopin of a finished product, you must have been confused and thought you'd already welded it all up :)

Hi Harko, Heres a tail light design I was working on for my last EK before I sold it  , done in the style of the "new" car tail lights.
Its one of my rocket lenses in clear, a chrome bullet with a red lense beneath that on chequre plate background.
Lights up just great n I dig the way the clear lense glows, like radioactive
baby, yeah.

Well I wasnt confused today but bluffed as to why I do these finicky laborous jobs with little gain .
Get this ~

Pic shows the headlight has now been moved outward to the left 15mm
It also shows the line along the top of the guard is near straight (look along your EK FB to see the angle Holden placed it at .
Also just to make the line flow the area at the back of the guard is smooth now.

Trev sorry for not replying to your question , Pumping the back guards is straight forward , use a port-a-power kit which is a hydralic pump similar to a jack that pumps a ram , spread the load and or brace the side you are pushing from and dont want moved then position the other end and pump .

I would go easy with paint on the panel though.

Thats awesome Rob , very rocketship thunderbirds era ;)
Ive got something going on a little similar but set in deep and the light will be glow mainly but definitely rocketship baby .
